01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tk11b ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the tk11b website at https://tk11b.app, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tk11b platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the tk11b platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots and RNG games, promotional offers, and any other features made available to registered users. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the specific product rules will take precedence for that product only.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use tk11b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative of a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any related platform.
• You have not previously had a tk11b account closed due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not placing bets under duress or while experiencing symptoms of problem gambling.

tk11b reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete. We operate age verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming best practices to protect vulnerable individuals.

Geographical Restrictions

tk11b is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your specific location before registering. tk11b makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions other than those it specifically targets. If you are accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so entirely at your own risk and tk11b accepts no liability for any consequence arising from such access.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of tk11b products and services, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. tk11b reserves the right to verify any information provided during or after registration and to suspend or close accounts where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading in any material way.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account with tk11b at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of these — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk11b reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts without prior notice.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. tk11b will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify tk11b immediately at [email protected]. The platform offers two-step verification via OTP to registered Bangladeshi mobile numbers, and we strongly recommend all users enable this feature to protect their account.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or preferred withdrawal method changes, you must update your account details promptly. tk11b cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk11b supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tk11b, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. In all cases, the limits applied by your chosen payment method take precedence where they are more restrictive than tk11b's own minimums.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk11b payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within six hours of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. tk11b does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the same name as the registered user.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed for amounts derived from initial deposits.
• Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in individual bonus terms — see Section 6 of these Terms.
• tk11b reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
• Withdrawals may not be made to third-party accounts under any circumstances. tk11b strictly enforces a same-name withdrawal policy.

05 Betting Rules & Procedures

By placing a bet on the tk11b platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant sport or game, that the bet has been placed intentionally and without error on your part, and that you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tk11b system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets displayed in your account with a confirmed status and a reference number are binding on both parties. Bets that show as pending due to system latency are not binding until confirmed. tk11b will not be held liable for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on the user's end, including mobile data interruptions common on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other Bangladeshi mobile networks.

Odds and Markets

tk11b reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any betting market at any time without prior notice where we have reason to believe that the integrity of the event or the market has been compromised, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where abnormal betting patterns suggest market manipulation. In the event of a void, all stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Obvious Pricing Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human error on tk11b's part, we reserve the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. "Clearly and materially incorrect" means odds that deviate from the true market price by a margin that no reasonable person would consider to reflect genuine pricing intent. tk11b will exercise this right sparingly and only in cases of manifest error.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament fixtures — and football are updated in real time. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be short delays between real-world events and odds updates on the platform. tk11b accepts no liability for bets placed during such delay windows where the result of the relevant incident was already known at the time the bet was placed. Bets placed with knowledge of outcomes not yet reflected in the platform constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

Maximum Winnings

tk11b reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet and maximum daily winnings limits at any time. Current maximum winnings limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section and may vary by sport, market type, and event. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum, with excess amounts voided.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

tk11b offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a tk11b account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds will be approved.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• tk11b reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any user from a promotion where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting is identified.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are not guaranteed to recur.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tk11b platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities without prior warning.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any other account process.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account simultaneously or consecutively, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of any event, or placing bets on any event known or suspected to have been subject to manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the tk11b platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to conceal the origin of those funds or to circumvent financial reporting requirements.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit pricing anomalies.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider after receiving services or winnings from the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.

tk11b employs advanced monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, abnormal betting patterns, and technical exploitation. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate investigation and account action. 08 Account Suspension & Closure

tk11b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, during which the balance may be subject to a dormant account fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule.
• A request by the user to self-exclude under the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• A legal obligation requiring tk11b to close the account, including compliance with any lawful authority request.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tk11b account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms, after all pending bets have been settled and any applicable wagering requirements have been assessed.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may apply for self-exclusion via the account settings panel. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. 09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk11b's total liability to any user in connection with the platform, any bet, any game, or any service shall be limited to the amount of the stake placed in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim. tk11b shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

In particular, tk11b shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any loss caused by mobile network interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device malfunctions on your end during the placement of bets or casino game sessions.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any decision made by you to gamble, including any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, where you are using the platform knowingly and voluntarily as a competent adult.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tk11b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Amendments & Updates

tk11b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — tk11b will endeavour to provide notice via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the tk11b platform after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. tk11b recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions at least once every three months, or whenever you receive a notification of changes from the platform.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
